Can I cancel or reschedule my test? 

Your test can be taken at any time (day or night) within the 15 days after you receive your test logins and test information. If you are unable to complete the test before the expiry date, you may purchase an extension of fifteen (15) further days for £30 by contacting [email protected]. 

If you need to cancel your test, please contact [email protected] for further information on how to request a refund. Please note that refunds requests made outside the 14-day ‘cooling-off’ period will be subject to a £10 administrative fee.
