If I get an invalid Kaplan Test of English result, can I retake the test?  

In most instances, if you received an invalid test outcome, you can register and pay for a further attempt.  Some invalid test outcomes can result in a permanent suspension from the test. However, candidates are informed by email if they have been suspended.
